# Directions:
01 - Wash all citrus fruits thoroughly under cold water.
02 - Using a sharp chef's knife, cut each citrus fruit into thin, even slices about 1/8 inch thick, removing any seeds.
03 - Optionally, lightly dip some slices into granulated sugar for a sparkling effect.
04 - Arrange citrus slices on a plate or tray and keep chilled until ready to use.
05 - Place one or two citrus slices on the rim of each glass, float them on top of the drinks, or combine with fresh mint leaves for a decorative touch.
